LeafnStem sells live fruit, flowering, indoor, outdoor, bonsai plants, Plant size, shape, colour, foliage, and appearance may naturally vary from the images shown on our website.
2. Live Plant Condition
Plants are living products and may experience minor changes during packing and transportation, such as leaf drop, slight wilting, or broken leaves. These changes are normal and do not necessarily indicate that the plant is unhealthy.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an ordered plant or product becomes unavailable, LeafnStem may contact the customer regarding a suitable replacement, refund, or alternative option.
4. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, mobile number, and other delivery details while placing an order. LeafnStem is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to pack plants carefully and dispatch orders as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Plant Damage During Transit
Despite careful packaging, minor damage may occasionally occur during transportation. Customers should contact LeafnStem promptly after receiving the order with clear photos/videos of the package and plant if there is significant damage.
7. Returns & Replacement
Because live plants are perishable products, returns may not be accepted in every situation. Replacement or other resolution may be provided at the sole discretion of LeafnStem after reviewing the issue and supporting photos/videos.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
9. Pricing
Product prices, offers, discounts, shipping charges, and availability may change without prior notice. LeafnStem reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors.
10. Offers & Promotions
